What Is The Term For A Woman (single Word) Who Can Not Give Birth To Children ?

Infertile.
Barren.
Childless.
Unproductive.

Take your pick.

However, such a woman certainly could have children; by adoption and/or possibly using a surrogate to carry her child -- or even possibly using a donor egg. If the woman can have a child using one of these methods (surrogacy or donor eggs), then she isn't really infertile, is she?

As for saying that she is "barren", it's a very old-fashioned way of looking at women and their worth to society. Probably should be consigned to the garbage heap of inappropriate and archaic terms (ditto for "unproductive").

So maybe none of those terms should be used. It's not very nice to stick labels like those on a person, anyway.
