What Can You Stuff Zucchini With?

Zucchini can be stuffed with meat, sausages, ground turkeys and varieties of cheese, bread crust mixtures, vegetables and just about anything that can be used to cook this fruit vegetable.

It is commonly known as the Italian squash and can either be yellow or green and usually has a shape comparable to a ribbed cucumber. A few varieties available are also shaped round or like a bottle. Unlike the cucumber it is normally cooked and served, often steamed or grilled. Its flower can be eaten fried or stuffed. From the point of view of edibility, zucchini is considered to be a vegetable. However, genetically, the zucchini is a fruit. It is one of the easiest vegetables to produce in the temperate climates and is popular because of it's high production capacity.
