With marketplace purchases, you will need to communicate with the seller. If you do purchase from a marketplace seller, then you will be asked to leave feedback, giving your opinion on the product and the seller.

Once you have made a purchase with Amazon, you wil be sent an email confirming your purchase. You will also be informed when your item is dispatched. If you purchase from a marketplace seller, then you will be sent an email with the date that the seller has agreed to dispatch your product by.
