Tea and sugar do not have any fat in them, so all the fat in tea with milk and sugar is from the milk. The amount of milk and the type of milk will then dictate how much fat there is. For example there is 1gram of fat in an ounce of 2% milk, which is 1% of your daily value and totals to 5 calories from fat.
