If they are on your account, you can look up the numbers (usually) that they sent a text to and the times this occurred. You can not get a copy of the text itself, unless it is under a court order. Judges do not give these out easily.

Thanks, it suck that you cant read their texts when you really want to know if they were cheating or not, but that information was very helpful
Yeah, I know. My ex-husband had over 500 texts from the wife of a somewhat famous musician in one billing cycle. I tried to get them and couldn't without a court order; they told me that usually a judge won't give one for divorce issues like infidelity.
