    I Am Suspecting My Dog Has A UTI. Just This Evening She Is Anxious To Go Outside Often And Strains With A Little Bloody Urine Or Nothing. Is It All Right To Wait Until Tomorrow To See Her Vet?

    I am just wanting to know if tomorrow AM is soon enough to get her to our vet, instead of taking her to an emergency clinic. She did drink some OJ a little while ago.

    Blood in urine of dog is not good sign and is medical emergency which needs pet attention. The bloody urine can be due to

    • UTI
    • Stones in kidney
    • Prostate infection in male dogs
    • Infection of uterus in female dogs
    • Some internal injuries
    • Tick bite
    • Ingestion of poison.
    So, it will be good to visit vet immediately.
