This problem is part of becoming a teenager and learning to be adult. Yes, this is very hard. Fantasies can be fun, thinking practical is often useful.
Most parents can be trusted by their children, and truly care about them.
Putting a troublesome thought out of one's mind can be done. This takes a lot of practice, but is a useful and valuable skill.
Some people are professionally trained to advise on romance and learning to use one's heart and mind. I am not a pro. Well meaning amateurs might offer bad advice.
At your school, or church, counselors would help you seek good advice.

This is normal and part of puberty and they are just fantasys and as long as that's all they are then that's fine just enjoy growing up enjoy your teenage years respectably
