Do not sign anything without talking to a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, check in the phone book for legal aid - or check on line. Many attorneys do "pro-bono" (free if charge) legal work for the bar association's legal aid department - you are charged on a sliding scale, and they will give you an attorney practicing in your area of need.

Or, if you know any real estate officers at your bank or through a real estate agency, they can suggest real estate attorneys --

But... do not sign anything until you have it reviewed by a lawyer. There are laws governing landlord-tenant relationships - you don't want to give up any of your rights or protections under the law.
