    Hank Arron was a famous baseball player. His real birth name was Henry Louise Aaron. He was born in 1934 in Mobile, Alabama. He was one of the first African Americans to play baseball for the major leagues. He played the outfield and was best known for his powerful wrist and super hitting abilities. In 1974, he broke Babe Ruth's lifetime homerun record of 714 homeruns. Hank Aaron also holds the career marks for runs batted in with 2,297, extra base hits with 1,477, total bases with 6,856, and consecutive seasons with 150 or more hits with 17.  He won one World Series ring with the Milwaukee Braves in 1957, and the National League Most Valuable Player Award the same year. He also earned three Gold Glove Awards and made 24 All-Star appearances. He is truly one of baseball's greatest players. He is in the baseball hall of fame for his accomplishments.
