What Is A Reasonable Price?

I am starting my own business, a lunch truck, and want to please my clients as much as possible. I think I am pretty right on, but want all your guys' opinion!! Thank you sooooo much!

    The goal is to be cheaper than the other places and have better quality food, but price is usually determined by what you have to pay for supplies and still make a profit. Although once you get the word out and have a quality product people are willing to pay more for quality.

      Ask your potential customers what they would prefer to choose from for lunch. Price the competition on the same items and sell at a slightly lower price. Set up "package deals', such as sandwich, chips, and drink for a bit less than if purchased separately. Change the special each day. Don't load up on stuff that does not sell well, but keep enough for those "special" customers. Above all, KNOW YOUR MARKET.
