Is the puppy play biting or is this truly a display of aggression?  Many young puppies are initially mouthy and need to be shown that humans are not chew toys.  Tell her no bites when she gets mouthy, then give her an appropriate toy to chew on, and stop paying attention to her.  Behavior corrections need to occur immediately following negative behavior and must be consistent.  Do not repeat no bites and turn this into a game for her.  Another technique is when she starts biting place your thumb under her tongue and hold her lower jaw.  The goal is to make this uncomfortable but not hurt the dog.  This will teach them to associate biting people's skin with an uncomfortable consequence.  Contact your veterinarian for advice on teaching young puppies their manners!
If this dog is showing signs of aggression you need to intervene immediately.  Contact your veterinarian who can recommend trainers or behaviorists in the area for you to work with.  This is serious and cannot continue especially if there are children in the household.

Your dog bite to your kids all the time? Or there any specific conditions when he bites? She started to bite now or she bites from the start? These are the questions which you have to answer yourself before taking any nasty decision about her. Dogs usually bite for protection, due to fear and play.  If she bites right from start then she need proper training from a professional trainer. Ask your kids to mix with her slowly by offering food first. Ask your kids not pet when she is eating, sleeping, drinking or playing with any toy. Dogs become aggressive during play and bite. If your dog also do this then stop playing with her without hitting. Ask your kids not to frighten your dog because she can bite during this condition.
