YES, it would be awful dangerous if you took more than 2 of those Pm's because it may potentially damage your liver taking more would not help you get to sleep faster its all a mind game don't give yourself and overdose no matter what weight category you are in good luck!!!!!!

I certainly doubt if an extra Tylenol PM is going to kill you or do any damage if you take it occasionally. If you're taking it every day, you might want to re-think the dose. No medication can be good for you if you take too much or too often.

Tylenol pm is safe if taken according to directions. But if you take more than 2 on a regular basis, it could cause a problem. If you are having a lot of trouble sleeping see your doctor- there are lots of sleep aids out that are not habit forming. God bless- i know what it is like to not be able to sleep it can be frustrating and a real medical problem- not in your imagination.
