Well, there are different kinds of swine flu. There's a killing kind that's going around right now and that's from Mexico or pigs as some people think. The swine flu can also be killing which is bad. It's like the normal flu but like 80 times worse! So try not to get it.

Exactly the same way you get ordinary flu, airborne virus (in the droplets of coughs and sneezes), by coming into physical contact with someone who has the disease, or by coming into physical contact with something an infected person has touched (a door handle for example).
