According to the Minnesota it is a crime to purchase an airsoft gun below the age of 18. But however, some of their guidelines do state that you can purchase one airsoft gun only with a written permission form their parents. They even consider it a big crime if you have to sell an airsoft gun to a girl underage. It is also considered a criminal act for any minor under the age of 14 to own an Airsoft gun.
