I'm not a psychologist, or whatever, but im certain it comes from fears. Try to put a positive solution to one of the factors causing it. If its not a bad solution you're thinking of, then force yourself to have the courage to do it and automatically your anxiety will be lessened. Then try to solve the next one..... Keep on trying so that you will forget that you have to fear for them! And you will forget how to fear it. Pray and believe you've got it.
