I am trying to talk to someone for a forklift class and I'm having language difficulties with the person who is answering the phone.

Ask them if they have someone else you can speak with as you have difficultly understanding them.I don't think people should let other people handle a phone business if they can't speak plain enough for you to understand.If you live here in America then you should learn the language Good Luck to you.
