What Is The Minimum Amount Of Days Before A Landlord Can Claim Late Fee's For Monthly Payments?
My landlord claims late fee's on the 2nd of the month even if the 1st is a Sunday. But he persists on coming himself to come and pick it up but doesn't show up far days and still wants his daily late fee. Is there something I can do?

Yes you can call your local court house. it has a thing there for landlord and tenant complaints. they can help you from being charged late fees. he does not have a say in late fees if you do not have a contract.

If you have a lease it generally contains a clause such as "rent is considered late after the 5th of the month and a penalty of $30.00 will be charged..." read your lease sweetie♥

You need to go to the landlord/tenant board and have a talk with them about this. Generally, if the first falls on a Sunday, even with banks, there is a day that is given to you for not making the said date, and the allowance is not charged to you. I think this guy is just trying to take advantage of you. Make sure you talk to them, and they can mediate sometimes about this. Hope this helps, good luck.

YES. First pray. Then prepare to move because this person is dishonest ! Talk to your minster, get free legal advice look close into your lease. Last , look up the owner of the property at court house for owners address, may be online, compare to phone book ETC. Do the home work & make the best choice to honor god all mighty! Then you will be blessed.
