Stabbing pain behind left eye, Fatigue, Numb big toes on both feet for more than two months, Constantly hot, ringing in ears, chronic low back pain, weakness in both legs, Chronic fatigue, b12 deficient, short term memory loss, right sciatic pain. Normal blood work. My mom has MS.

Some of your symptoms, such as fatigue and weakness, can be associated with MS, but they could also be many other things. MS has a very wide range of symptoms and is hard to diagnose. It's not inherited, so you are not more likely to get it because your mom has it.
