Hi my name is Judi and I live in New Jersey, U.S.A.. I have raised many kittens in my lifetime.
Go to your nearest pet store; Petsmart, Petco. They carry many products such as baby formula for kittens and puppies. You will need to get a few syringes (without the needles), an eye dropper and a can or two of milk.
When you get home, warm some of the milk in a plastic container in the microwave for 5 seconds or less, to make sure the kitten doesn't burn the inside of its mouth.
Use the dropper at first, if the kitten latches on to it, then you can try him/her out with an feeding baby bottle. Also, kittens are slobs, you will need plenty of towels, rags and wet washcloths around as the formula is a sticky mess.
If you would like to talk on the phone, my number is . Have fun!!! Judi

Well to wean them on to  hand rearing milk, hold them in your hand and the teat off the bottle near their mouth and they should just drink it or if they don't do it that  way put them on the floor and hold the teat near their mouth :)
