You put it on the fridge and when you are ready for it just put it to heat up or probably just make sure that you check the expiration date

I agree with Richellan, most people refrigerate it to keep it longer. I don't like like the texture of it anymore after it has been in the fridge though.

If you wrap paper around the bread, Or just place a piece of paper towel in the bag on top or bottom of the bread, and then put it in the plastic this will do the job. Some bread is sold this way as the paper absorbs the moisture and the plastic keeps the bread from getting hard.

Don't forget to expel as much air as possible from the plastic bag before closing with the plastic clip or wire band.
