    I would try to remember when your last period was. You could be pregnant but it could be something else. If your period is not regular, and you are spotting, then you should consult your OBGYN.

    There are other things than can cause spotting, so be sure not to ignore this. Most likely it is someting simple, but it is always best to check with a doctor when things like this continue.
