I have never had a dog and being a new proud owner i am not sure if she is anything like a human and gets cramping and may be sensitive. Plus she has been bleeding for almost two weeks and i feel bad for her.

No that is normal. Most females bleed for about 14 days. It should be a really like pink by now. If it is red and continues on for another week, I would take her to the vet just to be checked. But normal time frame is about 2 weeks. The prime time to mate them, is between their 8-11th day of their heat cycle. Don't worry, I am sure she is fine. Good Luck.
