You can use the customer service phone # on your quarterly statement and call the company and inquire about a withdrawal.
If you are not of retirement age you will owe taxes and penalties for early withdrawal. (usually totalling 30%). It may take about 2 weeks before you get a check. Also, if you don't need the entire amount you have accumulated, you might check into a 401K loan.
There are usually no penalties for a loan. You could also apply for a hardship withdrawal if you are in a bind.
