Can I Make Brownies Without Oil?

    Whenever I don't have oil when baking, I just melt butter to make the amount of oil that it says. The reason oil is in there is for the fat and grease, not to sound nasty. Butter is basically the same thing. They taste exactly the same, if not better when they come out.
