Is My Contract Void?
I have a lease contract (not property) and I want to cancel it. I have noticed that the address on my contract is wrong and so are the terms. Is it void?

I would look at the lease laws, in the state or country you reside in. Just because the address and information is incorrect doesn't necessarily mean the contract is VOID. If the terms are incorrect, then I would talk to a real-estate attorney and see what they advise you to do, there are attorney's out there that do provide a free phone consultation. Good-Luck
