What Exercises Help Lose Fat All Over My Body That I Can Do Daily?

Please help me my mom wont buy me stuff, for like along time if if dont lose weight!!!!! I already weigh 105 lbs. Already and I'm barely 9!!!!!!!!

    To loose fats, first of all do not take fatty foods, take minimum protein and eat carbohydrates. Do not eat baker foods including bread. Go for a brisk walk of at least two hours daily or  go for jogging.

      Try doing sit-ups ever day about 30 of them. Eat nonfatting foods. If something is over 200 calories dont eat it. Exercise daily and go for runs frequently.  Hope this helps! Bye!

        You can eat every thing but you have to leave the food when you still feel hungry.

        Try running or jogging and dont eat anything that is over 160 calories if its over a 160 calories it is bad for you.
