    I Want To Contest A Divorce My Wife Is Initiating, Can I Get The Forms And Fill Them Out And File Them Myself? Where?

    My wife left our home for 5 months with bills 2-3 mos. In arrears. The last month She was gone, my account Was debited for monies she never paid on debts. She refused to do anything about them so I left home and told her to pay for awhile. I left 7 exotic birds there and told her to take care of them. She has changed the locks on the house which, my name is on the deed, and had her son in law to remove electronics from my boat and sold my mini-excavator. I am on Disability! I reside in Youngstown, Oh.

    Yes! You have all the right to do that, you must ask from the court and tell your whole issue to the concerned lawyer, the court will help you out. If you want to know the court, forms filling and lawyer information then you must tell me about the location where you are living.

    For Dallia!---I am in Mahoning County with not much money as wife has control of all property and assets. I can't seem to find anyone to get good advice from and lawyers want large sum of money up front! I've been waiting for 3 weeks for Legal aid to return my call for reason of "conflict of interest" Help?
