I am due to be evicted 27-04-09 and have been looking for another house to rent but every one i view want prev tenant history how can this be avoided

I was evicted and it showed up in 30 days, twice, once from the legal firm and once from the county court house they filed in. Im still paying it off. I cant rent any where and I have been fighting to get them to remove the second judgement because I just don't see how that can be legal or fair.
