    Trying To Conceive?

    I'AM trying to conceive but the problem is that i have irregular period,I'am not menstruate monthly.My last period was on jan17,2008 and two weeks ago I start taking birth control to help me regulate more often not having my period monthly make me think that Is not producing any egg either,and i don't know when i am ovulating too.I'am a 39 years female mother of two,I missed my period for February is it because Iam on birth control or might be pregnant please help find what wrong.

    The best thing you should do now is to take pregnancy test to rule out the doubt of pregnancy. You should consult with fertility specialist. You should have to take positive steps in order to get ovulated. Do following positive steps to treat your irregular period.

    -Make healthy dietary modifications
    -Bridge nutritional gaps
    -Get regular but moderate exercise
    -Relieve stress through exercise
