It depends on each individual. I've had several shots and either it did not relieve the pain at all... Or relieved the pain for a week or so, and once it helped for a little over 3 weeks. None of them have given me permanent relief.
It may work for you but there's no certainty for anyone. You could feel great for much longer, but it's definitely worth a "shot" (pun intended)
