With the proliferation of e-commerce, online trading and information based portals; network computing is here to stay.  In fact the growth of web servers and web browser has made network computing accessible for the masses.  Giants like Sun Microsystems and Oracle Corporation are leading the networking industry.

    Growth of networking is connected with the significant growth of Internet. We can also call this era as an online revolution.  It is said that 48, 0000 fresh users in the UK log into the internet every day.  Within the next decade 70 percent of the business will be conducted online. There is a strong reason for this phenomenon to occur: the e-commerce.

    Businesses conducted online have low cost advertising and low ancillary costs. Also with a plethora of information being available on the Internet, each and every internet user is going to having his knowledge base expanded. E-commerce which has untapped potential will be able to make a significant impact in the world of online buying and selling within the next two years. The heat is already felt with companies like eBay and Amazon going great guns. Low cost of broadband, forum based web-sites and distribution of software are going to be instrumental in the growth of the Internet and Electronic Commerce.
