What Food And Drink Events Are Being Held In The UK In Coming Months?

A number of food and drink events are being held in the UK over the coming months. The Brighton Food and Drink Festival will be held on the Brighton Marina from September 1st-30th, 2006. In Scotland, the Highland Feast is run from the 29th September to 15th October 2006, showcasing the best of Scottish food. Another highly recommended festival is the Ludlow Marches version, held from the 8th to the 10th of September 2006, and takes place inside the walls of Ludlow Castle. Alternatively, try the Isle of Wight Garlic Festival on the 19th August 2006, or the Great British Cheese Festival on 30th September 2006. Additionally, the International Food and Drink Event will be staged in London between the 18th and the 21st March 2007, featuring a wide range of international suppliers and new products. It is also important to note that World Food Day is on the 16th October this year.
