Why Whould My Cat Have Blood Dripping From His Butt?
There isn't blood in his stool. I've found blood spots on the floor it's coming from his butt.

My cat does the same thing. It could be an intestinal bug or something. We have taken him to the vet about it, but they can never find anything in his stool. He doesn't act abnormal, but when he finishes in the litter box he drips afterwards. You should try taking him to the vet with a fresh stool sample and see if they can find anything.
