Are Paid Survey Clubs A Scam?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Not all paid survey clubs are a scam, because market research is becoming an important aspect of business that want to tailor their products or image to certain population.  Market research information therefore becomes a valuable commodity, and as a result, many companies are willing to pay for this information, with the view that the information they get will help them make more money.

Some of the things to watch out for include:
    1. How do they reward surveys completed?  Is it by money, or credits towards purchase.  Some even deposit amounts into paypal.
    2. How often do you get surveys emailed to you after submitting your personal information
    3. Do you know other people who are also members of the club, or is it an obscure and relatively unknown website.  Some scam watch websites also report on internet scams, and forums are also good places to see whether you paid survey club is just a scam.
