    How Can I Get Into Being An Employee At A Hospital Without Going To School For A Career And Without Knowing Someone Who Works There?

    I live in Florida- cape coral. It's pretty rough with work. Would being a volunteer speed up my process of getting employed by a hospital??

    Actually depends on what you really want to work in. If you are interested in management or administration then you would certainly need at least some kind of education and experience. However for jobs like cleaning and stuff, you don't need any formal education and they can hire you if you work as a volunteer for some time.

    I've got some friends who are receptionists at the front desk and they got the job right outta high school too.
