Yes I want to an accountant because accountancy is the most respectable profession. It is basically a job in which you are connected to the top management as well as lower management so it creates bridge between you and your fellow as well as your bosses with communication and in accountancy there is great chances of becoming a part of  top management.

Yes most definitely, it is a respectable job as outlined above, well paid, and enables quick promotions, and the work is meaningful, every organisation needs finances to be managed. These days accounting is not just number crunching but much more. You could get into auditing, taxation or management accounting (which is what i want to do).
