    First things first.. Check her for fleas. Fleas have been terrible this year. One flea can make your cat go crazy. Secondly, she might have allergies. Cats and dogs itch from there allergies where we sneeze and get stopped up. A Depo injection every few weeks might ease this if there is no cause found.
