Planning plays a key role in social and economic development of a country. It is important for each and every country. Similarly planning can do wonders for Ireland. Good and well thought planning can help in developing cities and towns. It will help in making infrastructure like roads, dams, buildings, public places etc. It would also help in building schools and other educational and training institutions. This will lead to social and economic development of the country as a whole.
