When Do You Need To Replace Struts And Springs In A Grand Cherokee Jeep?
Answers
I know of an easy way to find out if its time to change your jeeps struts and springs. You can push up and down on the corner of the jeep, if the jeep bounces up and down many times before it comes to a rest, u need to replace your jeep's struts and spring. Though, if this is not all you want to depend on, why not check the struts visually. There could be oil leakage because of old seals or something. Oil leakage is also a sign for you to replace the struts of your jeep. It is very important that the internal valves of the struts always match, so, you should make sure that the struts are always replaced in pairs. If this is not done, you'd be driving your family around in an unsafe jeep. Springs also have to be changed at this point as the springs protect struts from dirt and contamination. Be sure you are using the proper tools to replace the struts.
