Why Do I Have A Headache,and My Lips And Face Feel Numb I Am Very Tired And My Arms Feel Heavy?

I suggest you go to see the doctor, and see if he/she can help figure out what may be causing these symptoms.  I don't think any of us here are doctors.  I went to school and graduated in Medical Assisting, so I do have some experience but I am no doctor.  The headache and symptoms that you are describing could be due to stress and anxiety.  Stress and anxiety can do many things to your body.  I suggest relaxing, try and de-stress a bit, and if that doesn't help go see the doctor and see what he/she suggests.  Maybe you have some kind of infection, like a sinus infection or something, and need an antibiotic.  There are many things this could be.  Take it easy.

I had those symptoms only once when I had a miscarriage and lost a lot of blood. I suggest you see a doctor though.
