My mom and I would like to find a CHEAP new pet. When I say cheap I mean under $100 dollars. Any cool site that I should check out? They do not have to be purebred just a small dog near Ohio. Teacup Yorkie, Teacup Chihuahua, or poodle.

Yeah I agree with chilledip you should check out your local shelter.
Definitely do not BUY a puppy off the ent, feel free to use it as a resource to find a new puppy but not as a shopping cart.
