Welcome to my world. Ha Ha. Seriously, my cat, Piwacket does the same thing, except over time, she has learned that she HAS to let the other cats spend time with me too. I have to shoo her away sometimes, but she got the hang of it. As for the anxious behavior, she needs some toys, and some catnip, sometimes the nip will have the opposite effect on a hyper cat. Sometimes a male cat can be aggressive, and others very passive, but I think your cat is young and is just playful. Pi's nickname is "Psycho" for a good reason, she can be just that. Sometimes they get a "burst" of energy that makes them seem to jump off the walls, let them be when they're doing this, unless they are knocking things over and tearing up the curtains. Give the kitty a bath with a mild soap, sometimes itches in the skin can make a cat anxious because they itch so much. Hope this helps, good luck.
