Why Can Not I Have A Stable Weight?

Well I am a very athletic guy who loves working out, but i have a problem with gaining muscle. For example I do 150 sit-ups every day and it doesn't seem like it's working, for some reason i can build my packs. I eat very little and i don't drink any beer or soda. I am a wrestler and i am losing weight consistently and it still doesn't work. When i ate, i eat a bit of food but that makes my stomach feel like if i am loaded. What can be the problem?

From where I see it seems that in order to gain muscle, you are cutting on your food. Well the truth is that you cannot gain muscle if you don't work on your diet as well. Also people with a higher level of metabolism do not gain weight or muscle so fast. The following will help you:
Eat a lot of calorie rich food such as Granola, bagels, biscuits, avocados, olives, corn, meat, nuts, peanut butter, milk, yogurt and cheese.
Drink lots of water and juices
Drink at least 2 cups of banana shake per day.
Lift as advised by the trainer.
