My tenant is behind 2 months on rent (5,000.00). And has made no attempt to pay me. I already served him a five day notice. I can not afford an attorney. Can I evict him myself?

You have the right to sue this person for the amount that he owes you.... And if you are the one renting to this person, then you have the right to personally go up to this person and tell him that he has to be out.... But, you have to give this person at least one month to get all of his things to move out....
