It is when poison, bacteria, germs, and clogged arteries will not allow the proper flow of blood and oxygen to and from the heart, so after a while after beating so much it cannot take no more. All of this causes fatigue, soreness in joints and muscles, headaches, tightness in chest, shallow breathing or shortness of breath, dizziness, even dirreah and vomiting can occur.
