Mary Madalene Who Do You Think She Is ?

I am a christian women and a firm believer in the bible, but they did leave alot out didn't they. I don't think we will know all the answers until we get to meet Jesus face to face and get to ask him and what a great day that will be. Being married was not a sin, having kids was not a sin, so who really knows...

Well, I, personally, subscribe to the viewpoint that Mary Magdalene, was actually an important female, in history, and was besmirched by the Christians, because of her involvement with Jesus, NO matter how significant, or insignificant. But apparently, to me anyways, she must have had to been rather significantly involved with Him, to be slandered the way she was. I don't know, how true ANY of the stories from the Bible are, but I've seen and heard enough evidence, to prove to me, at least, that many of them are NOT entirely based on truth. And Mary Magdalene, was the focal point of scorn and slander, to keep the "power" in the hands of men, because FAR BE IT, that a woman should wield any power, in a male dominated society !!! And men from long ago, would have NOTHING of the sort, in their society, that's for sure, and that has been perpetuated into our modern society, as well. It's sad to say, but men have a tendency NOT to share power with women, ESPECIALLY when it comes to "divine authority"!!!
