What a horrid answer to your question, I am so sorry this person is so unfeeling. I am though sorry to say that you are really very sick. My sister passed several years ago from this very same thing. Almost, the exact same thing. She lived about two years after she first found out. But of course this will differ dependant on the individual. I am again very sorry, and recognize your pain and fears. I would think that perhaps now you should set your affairs in order and seek some spiritual guidance, and support from all family and friends. You may of course seek other treatment options, but they are minimal.
