What Type Of Medical Condition Would Cause A Continuous, Cotton-like, Filament To Stick To My Hand When I Touch My Eyes, Nose, Ears, Mouth Or Scalp?

What type of medical condition would cause a continuous, cotton-like, filament to stick to my hand when I touch my eyes, nose, ears, mouth or scalp? I have been to numerous doctors (ENT, neurologist, urologist, opthomologist, 1 hospital). ANY thought would be appreciated. This has slowly progressed from a diagnosis of conjuctivitis in November to a sinus infection 2 weeks ago. I have been on 8 different antibiotics (not counting the eye creams/drops).

There are many diseases in the world which show some specific sign and symptoms in individual person. Apparently it looks like an bacterial infection but it can also be viral or most probable mold infection. No diagnostic tests are available for molds infections. Only the patient if feels that he has molds at home or at job can make it suspect. Discuss with doctor about this possibility of molds.
