My company is a fulfillment company which ships materials to schools. Sulphur is an item included in a lesson going to schools and I need to know if there are any shipping regulations to shipping sulphur in the mineral (rock) form.

According to the USPS this shouldn't be a problem - see here. They are primarily concerned with things that could blow up or burn if mishandled. Rock sulphur isn't listed. Play it safe by checking with the local postmaster - the feds are easy to offend lately.
