Why Should Waterloo Be Credited As A Victory To Wellington?

Wellington lost Waterloo. Was it Blucher that actually won it. Should the credit go to Blucher and not Wellington?

    Sir Arthur Wellesley(later known as Duke of Wellington) was indeed the hero of Waterloo.His genius administrative tactics put brakes to the advancement of French forces.French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte was victorious at Germany and Portugal.His advancement was stopped by the forces under the command of Duke of Wellington at Talavera in 1809.In 1812,he again defeated the French at Salamanca.Wellington again defeated them at Vitoria and drive them out of Spain in 1813.In 1814 Austria,Russia and Prussia invaded France and occupied Paris,the capital city of France.Wellington ,leading the British army marched to Southern France and defeated the French . Napoleon had to abdicate  and was banished to Elba but he escaped and resume his rule for 100 days but finally  the French coffin was nailed by Wellington at Waterloo,Brussels in 1815.For his services,Duke was titled as 'Iron Duke'.Whenever the French met Wellington ,they met defeat.
